Manage Email Addresses

If you don’t have access to the Manage Menu, you will get to this screen from the Work menu.
From Manage > Email Addresses you reach the Email Addresses grid. In the header, you can click the down arrow next to Manage Email Addresses to add a new Email Address. You can search for a specific Email Address by using the sort and filter features in the column headings. Clicking the blue View button allows you to view and edit the Email Address. The columns displayed can also be filtered, but by default are:

Address The email address.
Contact Name The contact name.
Default Whether or not this is the default email address for the contact.
